The Heritage School opened in the fall of 1995 as a traditional school of choice. The philosophy of The Heritage School is to emphasize the teaching and learning of basic skills through the core academic courses. Parent involvement is an integral part of the program. Parents, teachers and students join together in all phases of the school's operation. Extracurricular programs include music, athletics, art, computers, tutoring, and drama. Students are encouraged to participate in before and after school extracurricular programs to round-out their educational experiences.
